Thank you for contacting Starbucks Coffee Company.

Our refill policy varies by location. Any location that is a Target, grocery store, hotel, airport, casino, or travel station charges according to their company policy. You will get charged for a refill if it is more than 2 hours past the original purchase of the drink.
